I'm a volunteer firefighter/first responder near Wilmington, Delaware. I'm also an offroad enthusiast and drive a lifted Jeep.

I've been into photography since I can remember, I've been using a Canon 10D since 2005. My work schedule kept me from doing any weddings, or any photography at all, really for most of 2007 and 2008. As I get back into it, I'll be looking for a slightly newer camera like a 5D. My primary lens is the Canon 28-135 IS lens. It has a stabilizing motor that allows me to shoot with very low shutter speeds letting me play with high apertures or low ISO at night. I used a Canon SD750 (small point and shoot) camera for a few weeks until it fell out of my locker at the firehouse. I'm looking for another on ebay, maybe with IS this time. I also use the camera on my iPhone if I'm in a hurry at a wreck.

For image editing, I use Irfanview for basic rotation and brightness/gamma correction. For real editing I use Corel Paint Shop Pro X. Mostly using 2 applications of Clarify plus Fade Correction or Brightness/Contrast.

My Jeep is a yellow 2001 Jeep Cherokee with a 6" lift, mud tires, steel bumper, winch, offroad lights, offroad rack, and other goodies. It gets me into (and stuck in) a lot of cool places most people would never dream of visiting.
